Loan Information Checklist


Below is a list of documents and information that you may need to provide when applying for a mortgage loan. To ensure your loan process goes as smoothly as possible, please be prepared to have this information on hand. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your loan advisor. We are always ready to assist you in gathering this information.

For all loan types:
W-2s from last two years
Last two pay stubs
Last two year's employment and resident history
Last three month's bank statements for all accounts
Record of any monthly debt payments
Car loan information including numbers and addresses
Credit card numbers
All rental agreements
Mortgage and account numbers
Child support/child care information
Divorce decree, a complete copy
If self-employed, the last two years tax returns (personal and corporate) plus current profit and loss statement
Copies of all IRAs/401K accounts

For FHA & VA loans, add:
Copy of social security card(s)
Copy of driver license(s)
Original VA Certificate of Eligibility and copy of DD214 (VA only)
